Terms of sale and refunds
Last updated: 2 August 2026
This page describes the terms for purchases made in the Candy Bonboria shop. It is written to be read, not to be long.
Who sells
Sales are concluded with Paddle, our merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment, collects the VAT or sales tax of your country and issues the receipt you receive by email. Its buyer terms apply in addition to these.
What you buy
The shop sells gems (the game’s currency) and packs. These are digital content:
- they can be used only in Candy Bonboria and have no real-money value;
- they are tied to your account — an account is required to buy, and deleting it deletes them with it;
- they cannot be transferred to another account or converted back into money.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros, tax included. Payment happens in Paddle’s secure window; your card details never pass through the game.
Delivery
A purchase is credited to your account within seconds of payment. If the window closes too early or the connection drops, it is credited automatically the next time the game starts. If it still does not appear, write to me — the address is below.
Refunds
As the content is delivered immediately, by purchasing you consent to that immediate delivery and waive the 14-day withdrawal right that EU law provides for digital content. That said, plainly:
A purchase that was not delivered, billed twice or the result of an obvious mistake is refunded — write within 14 days of the purchase.
The refund is issued by Paddle, to the original payment method.
Gems already spent in the game are not refundable.
Minors
The game is intended for people aged 13 and over; a purchase by a minor requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who can request the refund of an unauthorised purchase at the address below.

Changes
Any change to these terms will be dated at the top of this page. Purchases already made remain governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.
